Thanks for dropping by my WordPress.com blog.  This is my personal profile here on WordPress’ free blogging system and was set up when I registered my WordPress account so that I could get the API key required to be able to activate Akismet and the WordPress Stats plugin on my self-hosted WordPress blogs.

I probably won’t be blogging on here very often as I spend most of my time working on my other sites and blogs, like OnlineMarketingAdviser.co.uk my new site offering Freelance Internet Marketing Services.

Since you’re here though, I suppose I should tell you a bit more about myself.

I live in Coventry in the UK with my fiancee, Megan and our son Callum.  I was born here in the UK but my family moved to Australia when I was 5 years old and I grew up in the suburbs on the outskirts of Brisbane in Queensland.  I moved back to the UK as a teenager and have lived here in Coventry ever since.

In my spare time I enjoy working on my own websites, like my SEO Blog, which gives me a chance to practice my SEO skills away from the strictures of working on my employer’s sites.

I also enjoy playing airsoft and have been part of the team at Stirling Airsoft since its inception.  Unfortunately, due to a painful back injury which I sustained at the end of 2008, I haven’t been able to take part in any of the recent games but I do still write for the Stirling Airsoft Blog and help to manage the Team’s Facebook page.
